RST Meetup Aug 2nd at Lake Newport Pool
The RST August 2nd Meetup is at Lake Newport Pool from 6 to 8 pm! Come Try the Tri swim segment sponsored by RST and Reston Association. This opportunity is for registered RST athletes only. Three lanes will be reserved for RST registrants, swim coaches, and USAT race directors will be onsite to answer your questions. (RA membership not required.)
