Kathy Simmons was a compassionate nurse, a resident of Hancock County, and mother of three children. She became a fatal victim of domestic violence in 2003. Join us to remember the life of Kathy Simmons and support survivors of domestic violence in western Illinois. All proceeds will go towards Victim Services' Domestic Violence Program.
