Considering a Part-Time Legislature for Michigan
Since the announcement of a petition circulating effort for a citizen-initiated amendment to the MI Constitution in May, people inside and outside of government have been discussing what such a change could mean for Michigan. The panel will discuss the proposal, MI's history, experience in other states, and polling. Lunch will be served.
