Reiki Level 1 Instruction
Reiki Level I: Learn about the foundation of Reiki and become attuned to receiving and channeling life force energy through the laying on of hands. During the Reiki 1 session, students will learn & practice how to give a Reiki treatment to others and to themselves. The history and principles of Reiki will also be reviewed.
