Valley Medical Resource Fair, Tuesday, July 10th, 2018 from 11:30AM to 1:30PM

A win-win-win event... 1) Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff. 2) Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits. 3) Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.
