Free Adult Special Needs Yoga

Join POAC and the Toms River Mayor's Advisory Committee on Developmental Disabilities for free yoga sessions . The program is for young adults ages 18 and up. Family members and siblings are welcome to join. Tuesdays, February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th & March 3rd 6:30-7:30pm. Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.
