Reports, progress summaries, logs and email are important communication tools we use on a regular basis. Clear, factual writing that is accurate, understandable, and objective is critical. Neutral writing aims to eliminate bias and inaccuracy. Participants will learn strategies they can implement to maintain clear, relevant written communication.
