Yoga on Quimby

Free yoga class on Quimby St! Satsang Yoga and Brassy Buddha Yoga Studio will lead participants of all ages and skill levels in a 1-hour practice from 9am-10:15am. Kika Stretch Studio will lead a light opening stretch. Health and wellness providers from downtown Westfield will be on hand with demonstrations and products. Bring a mat and join us!
