2021-2022 Strength Training with Bon Secours - Session 3

We've partnered with Bon Secours, for an 8 week (16 session) strength training program designed to strengthen your core, increase vertical and reduce injuries. All high level athletes incorporate extra workouts outside of court time; Start now by learning "good practices" in the weight room and what works best for you as an athlete.
