In honor of International Women's' Day on March 8, Jenni Snyder, a 30-year career firefighter and a long time educator with the Ohio's Division of State Fire Marshal, shares how the support of other women and skills she has learned during her career helped her overcome daily challenges and sometimes even her own self destructive behavior.
