Northwest Community Action Partnership is hosting BRIDGES OUT OF POVERTY for social service, educational, medical, legal and law enforcement professionals to have a better understanding of the “hidden rules” that govern thoughts, behavior and communication of people in various socioeconomic classes, in turn, helping us bridge the gap.
