Planning and Zoning Workshop
Planning and zoning allows your county to achieve the vision of what it wants to be. This class covers cell towers, subdivisions, signs, land use and more. The cost is $75 per person. This workshop is approved for eight training hours for HB 55 (for planning professionals) and HB 810 (for county officials) and 3.5 CLE hours (for attorneys).
