NCQA PCMH 2017 Standards Training
This 1.5 day training will cover the 2017 standards, redesigned recognition process, annual reporting requirements and the Behavioral Health Distinction requirements. Susan Crocetti, NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert from Qualis Health, will present. The training will also include Office Hours to answer questions from individual health centers.
