Kids Cooking Green/ The science of food, teens

There are many types of foods that we eat! Some are salty, sweet, and some prickle our tongue. What foods "prickle" your tongue? Foods are they are either “basic” or “acidic”. We will cook a tasty pasta & sauce, and turn our noodles purple before we eat them! Wanna know how and why this happens? Join us.
