Please join us for our annual Awards Ceremony/Fundraiser as we honor two pioneers in the movement to improve care for people at the end-of-life. We will be presenting awards to Ira Byock MD for his leadership and to Rev. Olivia Bareham for her compassionate care of patients and families. There will be live music, food and drink-everyone is welcome!
