Touching the Possible: Living Peace

In this Insight Dialogue retreat we practice taking refuge in awareness, wisdom, and spiritual friendship. We will investigate obstacles to friendship and beloved community, in the heart-mind, and in social constructions. Cultivating Lovingkindness, Compassion, Appreciative Joy, and Relational equanimity we will explore foundations for peace.
