Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) is a treatment for children with aggressive dysregulation targeting productive, respectful communication. CPS is an alternative to traditional behavioral PMTs that use rewards and consequences and is based on a premise that CPS better targets underlying problems behind defiance and low frustration.
