Forum Title IX: Attorneys as Title IX Advisors

Two days of Continuing Legal Education focused on Title IX. Day one will include education on Title IX, current state of Title IX, role of Individuals in the process, and campus process(es). Day two will focus on practice skills, appeals, and enforcement. Throughout the two days, an emphasis will be placed on working with survivors of trauma.
