Housing Quality Standards (HQS) - 04/14/23
Understand the required elements of HUD's housing quality standards (HQS) for housing programs. This training provides information on general room standards, and lead-based paint regs, allows participants to conduct a site inspection and analysis of inspection results and introduces a web-based software to assist with rent reasonableness testing.
