Central Michigan SMTC will address the shifts to the new Michigan Science Standards for K-5 administrators through the use of Phenomenal Science: http://phenomscience.weebly.com. Phenomenal Science refers to centering science instruction on developing students’ conceptual understanding of real phenomena that actually happen.
