2020 BROWARD TRAINING-Have the Right to NOT Remain Silent:Why Kids in Care Need to Know Their Rights
Children in Florida’s child welfare system have legal rights that affect every aspect of their lives. The children who are supposed to benefit from those rights have no idea that they exist. Understanding their rights is a top priority for FCF & FYS. This session will review the basic rights, the sources of those rights, and how to find them.
