Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport Program

CCEMT-P is designed to prepare paramedics and nurses to function as members of a critical care transport team. Developed by UMBC, the program attempts to bridge the gap between pre-hospital and hospital care. The result is a specialized care provider with both understanding and ability to care for the critical patients during transport.
