Spring is coming! And we're going to be ready! It's time to go back to Abs City for the 10K Abs Challenge! For the next 4-weeks we are focusing on our core ... which we know is the stabilizing support system for all the exercises we do. When we put our mind on our mid-section, we get stronger ... and ripped abs aren't bad either!
