At this HAND Board meeting, the following will be reviewed for approval: 1) The FY2015 HUD CoC Competition project ranking policies 2) The appeals policy for the FY2015 competition 3) The final blinded project listing of Transitional Housing projects for reallocation Up to two (2) people per organization may attend.
