Dr. Frank Dowling, a board certified psychiatrist, will lead this workshop discussion on the strategies to screen and diagnose substance use disorders, DSM-V criteria for substance use disorders, psychiatric comorbidities, and the role of medication assisted treatment for alcohol and opioid use disorders.
