Writing as Spiritual Reflection

Writing as a spiritual practice can help ground, sustain, and enhance our lives as people of faith. In this six-week online class, we focus on journal writing. We will explore both the shadow side of the human spirit as well the side that radiates joy and light. We will also develop ways to utilize this practice for congregational life.
