Hula Hooping in the Park

Join special guest Amy the Hoop Lady and Dr. Buchkina for a Hoola-Fit Hoop Fitness class in North Ridge Park. It's like recess, only better! Enjoy a great core workout, fun, and laughter. Groovy music and hula hoops provided. Please bring your own water. Park at Community of Christ Church next to the park, then walk down the hill and to the right.
