On January 14 at 6 p.m., JHC will host a virtual conversation titled “Culinary Justice: Exploring Cultural Resilience Through the History of Food.” Panelists will include award-winning culinary writer Michael W. Twitty, author of “The Cooking Gene: A Journey Through African American Culinary History in the Old South."
