Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) and lottery training

The this one-day intensive training will focus on Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) and lotteries. This session will provide the legal foundations of fair housing, elements of an acceptable AFHM and Resident Selection Plan, and hands-on training for the lottery process for both rental and homeownership.
