The History of the Teapot: 1000 Years of Innovation and Design

Camille Korsmo's lecture on "The History of the Teapot" will cover the origins of tea drinking and the use of the teapot in China, the introduction of tea drinking and teaware to Europe, materials used to fashion teapots, European attempts to replicate Chinese porcelain and the many varieties of beautiful and clever teapots that have been designed.
