Join the Plein Air Painters of Lane County at the Willamette River Festival PAINT OUT! on Saturday, August 24th, for a plein air painting competition focusing on the Willamette River. Prizes provided by Valley River Inn and Oregon Art Supply, will be awarded onstage at the Willamette River Festival!
