5-Week Class starting Wednesday, 6/17/15: The Body thrives under appropriate stress i.e. not too much or too quick. In contrast the mind may be overwhelmed by even the subtlest stress. Efficient Meditation will take one beyond the mind, effortlessly and maximize the reduction of accumulated stress.
