The Traffic Occupant Protection Strategies (TOPS) course and Officer Roadside Safety are offered through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and MoDOT to assist officers in understanding how officers save lives enforcing traffic stops and how to prevent roadside incidents.
