Introduction to Juvenile Transfer Hearings and Franklin Hearings for Evaluators and Attorneys

A panel consisting of a forensic psychologist and legal professionals with experience participating in these new hearings, will provide education to attendees about necessary elements of evaluations for these hearings. It is estimated that thousands of these hearings will take place in the coming year.
