2020 Dinner Series continues with 2019 Merit Marks awards and speaker Captain Andrew "Boo" Harrell's stories of the Lowcountry waterways not found in books from a local waterman. He has spent most of his life on the water exploring the creeks surrounding Bluffton. The stories are mostly true, however creatively embellished to be entertaining.
