Compassion Fatigue and Resilience

This workshop will explore secondary trauma, as distinct from stress and burnout, and will cover indicators, coping strategies, and self-care ideas to assist professionals, advocates, and others who may often feel overwhelmed in their roles as helpers. CEUs will be provided.
