Soul City Mardi Gras Carnival
Please join us for the 1st Annual Soul City Mardi Gras Carnival . A fun event for the entire family. The Carnival is Mardi Gras styled from Jackson Avenue to F Street featuring costume contests, gumbo contests, and the world largest king's cake to break the Guinness Book of World Records.
