REST Family Mutual Aid Group - online
Welcome to Resources, Education, and Support Together (REST) online support groups. This online support group is moderated by trained facilitators who provide non-clinical peer support. Meetings are held every Tuesday from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. EST.
