Joint IES-APA || AEP - Nov Workshop 2017: Tour of Marijuana Cultivation Facility

Desert Hot Springs was the first jurisdiction in Coachella Valley to permit cultivation of marijuana. These local regulations were difficult in the midst of uncertainty with regard to marijuana in federal law. This will be tour of a cultivation facility followed by a questions & answers from some of the people responsible for its development.
