Baltimore - Drop in and Decorate Cupcakes - 10/29/16

Join us for our first do-it-yourself decorating day for kids! You will receive a cupcake kit with 4 cupcakes to ice with buttercream and decorate with fondant. We accept walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.
