Wine Service and Etiquette

This class will cover the basics of the Walla Walla Valley, the history of wine and and grape growing, what makes it so special, and why it has developed into a world-class wine region. We will also cover basic wine production, styles of wine and how they are made, wine chemistry, food pairings, and proper wine service and etiquette.
