Nori 101
Japanese cuisine is some of the most beautiful of all cuisine. The art of rolling nori is surprisingly easy to master and also happens to be delicious. In this class you will learn how to make fotomaki (large rolls), hosomaki (thin rolls), uramaki (inside out rolls),and nigari.
