Fermentation Series: Herbs for Digestive Health & the Bubbling Crock

First, we will study how the digestive system works naturally in the body, and how to systematically incorporate fermented foods and herbs for maximum benefit. Then, we will make a variety of fermented vegetable items such as sauerkraut, pickles and more. Everyone will be able to take home some of what we make and instructions on making more.
