Chair Yoga: Foundations and Special Populations
A weekend that reviews the foundations of Chair Yoga as well as its use in special populations. You may register for both days or for Saturday alone. You may attend Sunday alone, only if you have previously had training in Chair Yoga; we will contact you to verify.
