CCAHU January Meeting - Responding to Trauma

Trauma may or may not originate in the workplace but it will certainly affect the productivity and safety of the workforce. Recognizing trauma and knowing how to respond is important for all that manage and support our communities- school, work and home. Awareness may provide an opportunity to deescalate a situation.
