Liberty Hospital Hospice Remembrance Tree

The Remembrance Tree Ceremony gives the community a chance to remember loved ones during the holiday season by placing a personalized memorial ornament on the tree. The ceremony will include a blessing and reading of names. This year's ornaments are crafted from seed paper, allowing families to plant the keepsake to bloom for their loved one.
