SCORE Boston Workshop: An Introduction to Business Plans and Business Planning
This workshop will introduce the key ideas in planning a business, and the tools to assemble a business plan. You will learn how to use the plan to clarify your own activities, to coordinate the work of your team, and to attract support from investors and lenders.
