Community Engagement Forum

Mid Coast Hospital and the Midcoast Public Health Council are hosting a forum for the Maine Shared Community Health Needs Assessment to present Sagadahoc County health data. The purpose of the forum is to present the Data Health Profile for Sagadahoc County, and together, to identify what is important for the health of our community.
