The WTS Charlotte Metro Chapter is pleased to host Andrea Foard, Transit Division Manager at the Cobb County DOT, on Tuesday, March 22nd. In her current role, Andrea oversees the County’s public transportation system, manages the contracted daily operations and maintenance of the transit service, and plans for systemwide enhancements and expansion.
