Eastern Idaho Family Information and Parent Training

Please join us for a meet-and-greet for parents of children with type 1 diabetes at Rocky Mountain Diabetes and Osteoporosis Center. This will be a family information and planning meeting for families with children with type 1 diabetes. We'll get together to welcome newly diagnosed families to our community and discuss upcoming events in our area.
